1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are required to notify cvb666 promptly of any changes to your registered details. cvb666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided.

1.3 Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all accounts associated with the same individual, along with the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.

1.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cvb666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

1.5 cvb666 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or close any existing account at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

2.1 cvb666 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before making withdrawals or accessing certain features: a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; or proof of the payment method used for deposits.

2.2 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may be permanently closed.

2.3 All KYC documents are collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.6 cvb666 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

3.7 Any funds deposited onto the Platform must originate from a source that legitimately belongs to you. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means will result in account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 cvb666 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are stated in the specific promotion terms accompanying each offer.

4.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, per device, and per payment method. cvb666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are wagered before real-money funds.

4.4 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk — constitutes a breach of these Terms. cvb666 may void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings in such cases.

4.5 cvb666 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion, or to cancel a promotion entirely, at its discretion. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered email where practicable.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to cvb666 will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

7.3 A player may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be completed prior to closure where technically feasible.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvb666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or unauthorised account access.

9.3 cvb666's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact cvb666 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

10.2 If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration or another agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

11.1 The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by cvb666 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 The failure of cvb666 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
